rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tgna Rambla 68<\/a><\/strong>, is the <strong>Roman Amphitheater of Tarrac<\/strong>o. Built in the 2nd century AD, this impressive structure hosted public spectacles such as gladiator fights.  <\/p>\n\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f We recommend that you purchase your ticket, go down to the arena, and feel like a gladiator for a moment. It is part of the <strong>UNESCO<\/strong> <a href=\"\" target=\"\" rel=\"\">World Heritage<\/a> Site and was the place where chariot races with two-horse and four-horse teams took place. <\/p>\n\n<p>If you climb to the <strong>Torre del Pretori <\/strong>at sunset, which is part of the visiting circuit for the Roman Circus, you&#8217;ll be able to see the sun setting, casting a spectacular ochre color on the facade of the Cathedral of Tarragona. The remains are a fascinating testament to the daily, social, and legal life of Roman citizens. <\/p>\n\n<p>The Forum of the Colony should not be confused with the Forum of the Province. The former is located next to the <a href=\"https:\/\/mercatsdetarragona.cat\/mercat-central-de-tarragona\">Central Market <\/a>of Tarragona, while the latter is in the historic center of the city. Visitors can walk along the <strong>Archaeological Promenade<\/strong>, enjoying spectacular views and learning about the city&#8217;s military history. <\/p>\n\n<p>In the last 200 years, the city has seen the emergence of Rambla Nova and Rambla Vella as major urban arteries, which inevitably led to the destruction of some parts of the original 3.5-kilometer wall. Despite this, we can still enjoy over a kilometer of very well-preserved walls today.
