This January, we are launching Ranklean, our smart cleaning and apartment control application. Ranklean is an in-house project, the result of the tireless effort of Luis, manager of TGNA Reial 1, and the teamwork between engineers, cleaning staff, and management.
The competitive edge of TGNA is our 100% in-house team, and their daily dedication to ensuring our accommodations are always clean and ready.
In this sense, respecting and fairly compensating a job well done is what guarantees the true quality of our apartment rental service—there’s no other secret to it.
Ranklean streamlines the checkout process and encourages co-responsibility
- Guests upload photos of the apartment during the checkout process.
- The application generates a detailed report with an objective assessment of the room’s condition.
- If the apartment is returned in optimal condition, the guest shall receive a discount on future bookings.
- In the event that the guest does not use the discount, the corresponding amount is converted into a direct bonus for the TGNA staff.
This new tool by TGNA Tarragona Apartaments has been funded by the RESETTING project (EU COSME program) and by the last-mile digitalization grants from the Spanish State Secretariat for Tourism (SEGITTUR), within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan.
In conclusion, with Ranklean, TGNA Tarragona Apartaments establishes itself as a leader in digital and sustainable tourism management (SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, and SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities) in the capital of the Costa Daurada.
