Sarai: TGNA’s digital booking assistant

With this goal in mind, we have just integrated Sarai, Mirai’s AI agent, into our booking engine to complement our customer service efforts.

Conversational AI for direct and effective communication

This new conversational AI tool handles customer service 24 hours a day; for example, it can help you decide whether it is better to choose TGNA Reial 1 as an apartment for professionals or TGNA Llúria 11 to enjoy a show at the Tarragona Theatre.

The application uses advanced language models that enable fluid and precise interaction, guaranteeing an immediate response at any time.

Thanks to this technology, communication with the client is direct and effective. The system processes natural language and responds contextually to resolve technical queries about where to sleep, where to eat, or where to park in Tarragona.

The implementation of this digital assistant represents a qualitative leap in TGNA’s booking management; while until now you could be assisted by Enric in Catalan or Kris in Tagalog, from now on we are adding up to 100 written languages and the option to receive voice responses in 33 different languages.

Additionally, the agent can resolve multiple doubts in a single interaction, always maintaining the coherence of the conversation thread because we are fueling it with our own expertise and knowledge of the city of Tarragona.

One of the key points is the total synchronization with our booking engine. Guests can check availability, updated rates, and apartment photos in real time. They also have the ability to verify their booking status or manage a cancellation autonomously and quickly.

Digitalization of local knowledge

The assistant uses the Intelligence platform as its sole data source, which we at TGNA continuously update with useful information. We have structured all the information regarding our five buildings in the center of Tarragona to ensure that responses are accurate and helpful.

In addition to accommodation details, the system also includes data on points of interest and local services. In this way, we offer comprehensive technical assistance that facilitates the guest’s stay from the moment of planning.

This technological solution reinforces our digital management model and keeps us aligned with SDG 9 and 11, focused on innovation and sustainable communities, as we have already done with Ranklean.

Sarai is already operational on our website and will soon be expanded to other communication channels such as WhatsApp.
